Adventure SOS Features

Fall Detection & Alerts

The Adventure SOS sensor paired with the FREE Adventure SOS mobile app wirelessly detects if the user separates from their horse or bicycle during a ride, or falls out of their tree stand . Once a fall has been detected a 'Fall Alert' text is sent to the user’s pre-set emergency contact(s) with a GPS map point of the location of the users phone at the time the fall occurred. The Adventure SOS Sensor has a replaceable battery that last for 9-12 months and does not need to be turned off between rides! The Adventure SOS Sensor is required for fall alert feature.

Safety Timer

New feature! The Adventure SOS Safety Timer allows the user to set a timer within the Adventure SOS mobile app. If the user fails to stop the timer before it expires, an alert will be sent to their emergency contact(s) notifying them that the user failed to clear the alarm along with the users location. Whether you’re doing ground work, cleaning stalls, hiking, on a solo hunt, or even out for a quick ride. The safety timer allows the user peace of mind knowing that if something were to happen, help would be on the way! Adventure Sensor is not required for safety timer feature.

Start and Stop Activity Status Alerts

Users can customize their alerts as well as set up multiple emergency contacts within the Adventure SOS mobile app. Users can choose to have an e-mail or text sent to their selected emergency contacts each time they start and stop an activity along with their current location. If the user needs to dismount temporarily they can simply pause their ride and then resume once they are ready. The Adventure SOS sensor is NOT required for start and stop alerts.

Activity Insights

The Adventure SOS mobile app automatically tracks ride time, location, and distance for each ride or walked path. The user can set up multiple horses within the app so tracking training and rides for different horses is simple and user-friendly. The Adventure SOS Sensor is NOT require for activity insights.

Map Your Rides & Hike Paths

The EquineTrac mobile app will map your ride path, speed changes, ride time, and distance. Historical rides are viewable in the users ride log.

  • NEW Safety Timer Feature!

    The New Adventure SOS Safety Timer feature allows the user to set a timer
    within the Adventure SOS app. If the user fails stop the timer before it expires,
    we will send your location to your emergency contact notifying them that you
    failed to clear your timer along with your location. The safety timer feature
    can be used as a standalone safety feature or along side the EquineTrac fall detection sensor. So, whether you are doing groundwork,
    barn chores, or just out for a walk with the dog the new Safety Timer feature
    will have you covered.

    The Adventure SOS mobile app will map your ride / hike path, distance, and speed changes. The new analyze your ride feature allows the user to see how far and how long they rode / hiked at different speeds. The Adventure SOS fall detection sensor is NOT required for ride mapping.

  • Activity Insights

    The Adventure SOS mobile app automatically tracks ride time, location, and distance for each ride / hike. The user can set up multiple horses within the app so tracking training and rides for different horses is simple and user-friendly.   • How does the Adventure SOS Sensor work?

    After a quick download of the FREE Adventure SOS mobile app and one-time configuration, the saddle mounted, tree stand mounted, or bike mounted sensor wirelessly connects to the users phone when they start a ride or hunt. The smart sensor technology automatically adjusts for each individual user. If the sensor detects separation from the users it will prompt a "FALL ALERT" text or e-mail with a map pin of the rider's location to the rider's emergency contact.

  • Is EquineTrac, TreadTrac, or StandTrac for me?

    YES! Any individual who wants to instantly alert an emergency contact of their location if an unexpected fall occurs. The system is designed to be very user-friendly and compatible with all saddle types and riding disciplines.

  • Is it user-friendly?

    YES, Adventure SOS is designed for users of all ages and experiences in mind. The Adventure SOS sensor replaceable battery has an approximate 9-12-month life and does not need to be turned on/off between rides or hunts. Simply turn the sensor on during the initial configuration and mount it on your saddle, bike, or tree stand. Once the sensor is mounted the user simply opens the Adventure SOS mobile app and clicks, Start, Pause or Stop.  We do the rest!
